Spanish explores returning to the new world just a year after Columbus in 1493 was just the beginning of a new era for what is now the United States. Bringing with them horses and cattle which were not domestic to these areas and introducing them to the new Americas. Along  with this movement came  Spaniards  who were highly trained skilled individuals to take care of these livestock ,they are known as Doma Vaquera horseman and herdsman (cattlemen). These Spanish horsemen influenced all of the new Americas eventually the first to arrive in what is now the US. These Spanish horseman and herdsman develop  the first cattle ranchos in this areas. using their highly skill horsemanship training techniques to train generations of horses & cattle for nearly 300 hundred years. These Spanish Horseman are the originals to what is today called " natural horseman." Spanish Vaquero Horseman are also responsible for the origin of what is now the American Cowboy All of  today's western saddle & tack originated from Spanish and Mexican Vaqueros. Hats, Boots, Reatas "ropes" Spurs and Chapas "chaps/chinks" are also origins of the Vaquero.
